Kentucky Thoroughbred Cocktail

An original cocktail created by Jeremy Austen of the Hilton.
In a shaker add:

60 ml Wild Turkey Rare Breed
15 ml Chambord (Wild Raspberry Liqueur)
15 ml Crème de Fraise (Strawberry Liqueur)
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Martini Glass and top with Perrier Jouet Champagne
Garnish with three raspberries or blackberries
